Information about registration fee and registration form

CONFERENCE FEE

Activities for the preparation and publication of the Proceedings continue and accepted papers for the conference will be published in the Proceedings until the end of November 2026.

The registration fee per paper is:

1. Participants from EU countries:

With lunch included: € 300,00 + VAT (25 %) per paper.
Without lunch: € 250,00 + VAT (25 %) per paper.
Doctoral students: € 150,00 + VAT (25 %) per paper.
Accompanying persons and authors who have not paid the registration fee and wish to participate in both program and lunch: € 100,00 + VAT (25 %) per person.
Participation in the conference via remote access (online): € 150,00 + VAT (25 %) per paper.

2. Participants from non-EU countries:

With lunch included: € 250,00 + VAT (25 %) per paper.
Without lunch: € 200,00 + VAT (25 %) per paper.
Doctoral students: € 150,00 + VAT (25 %) per paper.
Accompanying persons and authors who have not paid the registration fee and wish to participate in both program and lunch: € 100,00 + VAT (25 %) per person.
Participation in the conference via remote access (online): € 150,00 + VAT (25%) per paper.

EARLY BIRD: A discount of 20 % will be granted for payments made before June 1st , 2026.

The deadline for paying the registration fee is 15 October 2026.

The registration fee will finance the preparation and publication of the proceedings.
