Publication Ethics

Editorial Board of the “Interdisciplinary Management Research” encourages authors to submit their original work on management and any other interdisciplinary perspective, which is written by respecting ethical scientific research and publishing practice.

Author’s responsibility

The IMR publication accepts and publishes previously unpublished papers. By submitting a paper, the authors confirm that the same manuscript has not been published or submitted for publishing elsewhere. 

It is a responsibility of author(s) to ensure the originality of the paper, which is written in accordance with the ethical principles and rules of scientific honesty and integrity. If the authors have used the work of others or their own previously published work, it has to be properly cited and quoted. Permission for printing pictures, documents and other materials must be obtained where necessary. All other information relevant to the paper, such as organizations, institutions, scientific project and the like, should be listed in the paper. Authorship of the paper should be limited to those who contributed to the research. Any addition, deletion or rearrangement of author names should be made before the manuscript has been accepted. Only in exceptional circumstances will the Editorial Board consider the addition, deletion or rearrangement of authors after the manuscript has been accepted provided detailed explanation of corresponding author. In addition, all authors should confirm any alteration.  regarding authorship. All authors are collectively responsible for the work done.

All forms of unethical behaviors and scientific conducts, such as plagiarism, manipulation of data, redundant manuscripts etc. – are unacceptable and the Editorial Board will act in accordance with the guidelines provided by the international association Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) at the following link http://publicationethics.org/resources/flowcharts.

Responsibility of reviewers

Papers are received through Easy Chair conference management system and are evaluated in the online environment on blind peer-review basis. Papers are treated with confidentiality and reviewers protect the integrity of author and manuscript itself.

Reviewers agree to review only papers for which they have subject expertise required to evaluate paper in constructive and objective way. They are required to warn Editorial Board if they come across any irregularities or if they have any type of concern of suspicion related to paper assigned to review.

Reviewers are advised to express their opinions and observations in clear way with supporting arguments. Reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflict of interest regarding manuscript in which case they will be excluded for the review procedure.
