By submitting a paper, the authors\r\nconfirm that the same manuscript has not been published or submitted for\r\npublishing elsewhere.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n<p>It is a responsibility\r\nof author(s) to ensure the originality of the paper, which is written in\r\naccordance with the ethical principles and rules of scientific honesty and\r\nintegrity. If the authors have used the work of others or their own previously\r\npublished work, it has to be properly cited and quoted. Permission for printing\r\npictures, documents and other materials must be obtained where necessary. All\r\nother information relevant to the paper, such as organizations, institutions,\r\nscientific project and the like, should be listed in the paper. Authors are\r\nadvised to consider guidelines of European Association of Scientific Editors\r\navailable at the link <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ease.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/EASE-Guidelines-2017-English.pdf\">http:\/\/www.ease.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/EASE-Guidelines-2017-English.pdf<\/a> <\/p>\n\n<p>Authorship\r\nof the paper should be limited to those who contributed to the research. Any\r\naddition, deletion or rearrangement of author names should be made before the\r\nmanuscript has been accepted. Only in exceptional circumstances\r\nwill the Editorial Board consider the addition, deletion or rearrangement of\r\nauthors after the manuscript has been accepted provided detailed explanation of\r\ncorresponding author. In addition, all authors should confirm any\r\nalteration.\u00a0 regarding authorship. All\r\nauthors are collectively responsible for the work done. <\/p>\n\n<p>All forms of unethical behaviors\r\nand scientific conducts, such as plagiarism, manipulation of data, redundant\r\nmanuscripts etc. &#8211; are unacceptable and the Editorial Board will act in\r\naccordance with the guidelines provided by the international association\r\nCommittee on Publication Ethics (COPE) at the following link <a href=\"http:\/\/publicationethics.org\/resources\/flowcharts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/publicationethics.org\/resources\/flowcharts<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><em>Responsibility\r\nof reviewers<\/em><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Papers are received through Easy\r\nChair conference management system and are evaluated in the online environment\r\non blind peer-review basis. Papers are treated with confidentiality and\r\nreviewers protect the integrity of author and manuscript itself. <\/p>\n\n<p>Reviewers agree to review only\r\npapers for which they have subject expertise required to evaluate paper in\r\nconstructive and objective way. They are required to warn Editorial Board if\r\nthey come across any irregularities or if they have any type of concern of\r\nsuspicion related to paper assigned to review. <\/p>\n\n<p>Reviewers are advised to express\r\ntheir opinions and observations in clear way with supporting arguments.\r\nReviewers are required to disclose any potential conflict of interest regarding\r\nmanuscript in which case they will be excluded for the review procedure. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Editorial Board of the \u201cInterdisciplinary Management Research\u201d encourages authors to submit their original work on management and any other interdisciplinary perspective, which is written by respecting ethical scientific research and publishing practice.
